anyway
i've learned this dish from her
when watching her show
i just felt can taste it tru the tv screen
a very simple fried yellow noodle
with some fungus, carrot, green vege and chicken meat
i used olive oil to fried it
so the vege turns in very green without turning yellow or old
some sesame oil, oyster sos and chinese wine for flavouring
