My Kitchen: Fish fillet with seaweed rice

some of the recipe i found up from others

is really fascinating me

sometimes just a little simple material can make up a fine meal

i follow the idea from my favorite food blogger... foodelicious

to prepare this simple dinner

and I'm glad is really easy and it's only use a little time

i got some leftover rice in fridge

sis has cook more yesterday
mostly follow the idea of foodelicious to prepared this
i cook again the cold rice with some chop garlic, seaweed with olive oil
i like garlic
have put lots of it
and a little salt for flavoring

a fish fillet from the wet market
now buying fish ain't cheap
just sprink some black pepper and salt
grilled it
and place it with the rice

i have left out the lemon
which i really forgot bout it
i'm sure the dish will turn perfect with some lemon juice on top the fillet

this is such a long long time photo that i've taken
in a roast duck rice shop in taman connaught, cheras

24hrs fish head

my hubby want to have supper again
is late night le

driving the car to the old klang road
we saw this
selling the various style of steam fish head
their kitchen was on the road side
but they have a shop too
but ppl have use to eat on the street side only
they open 24hrs a day

the minced ginger fish head
no complain of this
the fish head was so fresh
even in the late night
still can keep the fish fresh

braised mushroom
so tender and soft
nice gravy
just a bit too oily

this is our favourite
fish head with chop ginger, garlic & cili padi
yum ;)

ask me not to pump fuel first

then this morning newspaper really said it

remember last time decrease petrol price

ppl all like no rasa one

but today the first time i see the petrol station with no fuel !

the pump there just stick a piece of paper written 'habis'

go to the second petrol station

same too

gosh

have to go another 'brand' petrol station to try my luck

saw this one that got some cars go in

sure they have, rite?

this is the first time i go to this another 'brand' petrol station

so not really sure which is the fuel or diesel one

ask the indian man working there

he shaking his head ;" habis la... "

huh?!

the petrol pump is being lock

how ar?!

tat indian man point me to another pump which show is rm2.05 sydnergy oil

:" guna ini la...."

really ar? not diesel, rite?

:"same la... petrol la.... pump a little la"

well... i have to.... pump a little 15 bucks petrol

cos i'm so afraid will not make it back home later
